PKR88 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PKR88 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the PKR88 website at pkr88.onl, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services provided through the PKR88 platform, including but not limited to casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and bingo. They should be read alongside the PKR88 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKR88.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the PKR88 platform immediately and, if applicable, close your account. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2 Elig ibility

To open and use a PKR88 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR88 strictly does not permit underage gaming. Age verification may be requested at any stage.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not already hold an existing PKR88 account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on PKR88. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
• Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PKR88 support immediately via live chat or email.
• PKR88 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other communication channel.

PKR88 may carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You agree to cooperate with these checks and provide requested documents promptly. Delays in providing documentation may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and account transactions at PKR88 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposits
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits
• Raast — interbank instant payment transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit and credit cards — where supported by your issuing bank
• Mobile wallets — other supported wallet services

Deposits are credited to your PKR88 gaming balance immediately in the case of JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the processing time of your financial institution. PKR88 does not charge any platform-side fees for deposits made via supported Pakistani payment methods, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from accounts and payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed. PKR88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made through the same payment methods used for deposits, subject to method-specific minimum and maximum limits that are displayed at the point of withdrawal. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR directly to your registered payment account.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your PKR88 account must have passed identity verification. This is a one-time process — once verified, standard withdrawal requests proceed without repeated documentation requirements. PKR88 recommends completing verification early in your account lifecycle to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw winnings.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard operating timelines. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest to complete.
• Funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, except where a deposited amount has not been used in any gameplay.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal — refer to Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• PKR88 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are flagged by automated risk systems, which may extend processing time.

Withdrawals are only paid to accounts in the player's own name. PKR88 will not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Any withdrawal request where the destination account does not match the verified account holder's details will be declined and returned to the gaming balance pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL-season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically.

• PKR88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the original terms of that offer continue to apply.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting patterns designed solely to clear bonus requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating play with other accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

During PSL season, PKR88 runs dedicated cricket betting promotions including enhanced odds, accumulator insurance, and match-specific free bet offers. These promotions are available to eligible accounts that meet the stated activity or deposit thresholds at the time of the promotion. Full terms for each PSL promotion are published at the time of launch.

7 Gameplay Rules

PKR88 offers a range of gaming products including slots, live casino (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), sports betting, and bingo. Each product category operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the relevant game or section. These Terms apply as a general framework across all gaming activity.

• Game outcomes in slots and casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. PKR88 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by PKR88's pricing systems and reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change before bets are confirmed.
• Bets placed on a market that is subsequently voided — for example due to a match abandonment — will have their stake returned to the player's balance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured subject to settlement rules for the relevant market.
• Technical faults during a game session — including disconnection — will be handled in accordance with the individual game provider's rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

PKR88 uses certified game providers whose RNG systems and payout percentages are subject to independent auditing. Return-to-Player (RTP) information for slots is available within the game information panel of each title. Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from recognised governing bodies — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC).

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PKR88 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one PKR88 account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that creates an unfair advantage in game play or bet placement.

PKR88 employs automated systems and manual reviews to detect prohibited conduct. Where an account is found to have engaged in any prohibited activity, PKR88 reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, close the account, and take appropriate action to recover any losses caused by the prohibited conduct.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of PKR88 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any PKR88 content without prior written permission.
• Game content is provided under licence from third-party game developers and is subject to their respective intellectual property protections.
• The PKR88 name, logo, and branding are proprietary marks. Use of these marks in any external publication, social media post, or promotional material requires explicit written approval from PKR88.

Personal, non-commercial use of the PKR88 platform for the purpose of playing games is permitted within these Terms. Any use beyond this — including screen recording sessions for public distribution, data scraping, or reverse engineering — is prohibited.

10 Responsible Gaming

PKR88 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed to provide entertainment for adults — it is not a guaranteed way to make money, and players should never chase losses or play with funds they cannot afford to lose.

• PKR88 provides deposit limit tools that allow players to set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much they can deposit.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your PKR88 account at any time by contacting support through live chat or email. Before an account can be closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and outstanding balances returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

PKR88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable time of being requested.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, or suspicious transaction patterns are identified.
• An account has been inactive for an extended period with no login activity.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by PKR88 due to a breach of Terms, any balance held in the account — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. PKR88 will communicate the reason for closure where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

12 Limitation of Liability

PKR88 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• PKR88 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or network interruptions outside our direct control.
• PKR88 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your own gaming decisions, including losses resulting from bets placed in error.
• Where a technical error in a game results in an incorrect payout, PKR88 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and credit the correct amount. Players will be notified of any such adjustment.
• PKR88 will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits PKR88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. PKR88's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

PKR88 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform usage. This data is handled in accordance with the PKR88 Privacy Policy, which sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to it.

• Personal data submitted during registration is used solely for the purposes of operating your account and providing the PKR88 service.

• PKR88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Minor updates, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules, or formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any provision, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the PKR88 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Balances held at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5.
